The Somatic Experiencing session with Hari was extremely helpful as I learnt some great techniques to heal myself on my own. I had a lingering physical pain in my body for quite some time, which to my surprise has reduced considerably after the session. I would highly recommend this session to everyone!

it was great to experience Hari's yoga class during our 2019 Kızılbük retreat. Me as an ashtanga practicioner, trying a different discipline like Krisnamacharya serie with him was very nourishing and refreshing.To start a day with matras in his voice was fantastic. He is always holding space for you to share your own light and your inner wisdom. Agood listener. I recommend Hari's classes with all my heart.
This was my first somatic coaching experience. Thank you Hari for the session. Unlike traditional coaching methods that predominantly engage in dialogue, this session introduced me to an embodied approach, where physical sensations and movements were as much a part of the conversation as words. One of the most profound aspects of somatic coaching for me was learning how my body holds and expresses emotions. I noticed how this emotional expression in body was shifting even during the session. This can be a good way of managing held emotions by addressing the physical cues which usually get unnoticed.
